Do I need to prepare my home before installation?

We ask that the area below each window is clear so our team can set up safely. Move furniture at least 60 cm away from the window wall. Remove any existing curtains, blinds, or hardware unless you would like us to handle the removal (included free). Ensure the installer has access to a power outlet for drilling. If you live in a tower building, please confirm with building management that drilling is permitted during our planned installation time. Our team brings all protective materials to cover your flooring during installation.

Can you install curtains on concrete ceilings?

Yes, we install on all ceiling and wall types found in Dubai buildings, including concrete, plasterboard (drywall), metal studs, and pre-fabricated panels. Our team carries specialized drill bits and anchors for each surface type. Concrete ceiling mounting is the most common installation in Dubai apartments and requires SDS hammer drills with concrete anchors. For hollow plasterboard ceilings, we use spring toggle anchors rated for the curtain weight. We always test the anchor strength before hanging the curtains.
